      Scott D. Taber, 46, of Mankato, MN died on Friday January 27, 2017 of a long illness, he fought a long hard battle. He died at his home surrounded by family.
      A Celebration of Scott’s Life will be Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 3 P.M. at Covenant Family Church 709 N. Riverfront Dr. in Mankato, MN.
      Scotts’ Family will greet friends from 2 P.M. until the hour of services at church.
      Scott was born on June 12, 1970 to Duane and Janice (Krinke) Taber in Mankato, MN. He had a lifelong love of music, singing and playing drums. He played in several bands around the Mankato, MN area, he had a voice of gold. Scott also loved spending time with his 3 daughters.
      He is survived by his three daughters, Chloe (16) Kerra (12) and Lily (8) and his future granddaughter (Hazel). His mother Janice Taber of Mankato; sisters Randi (Wayne) Lines of North Mankato, Patrice (Bruce) Wiederhoft of Mankato; special friend Teri Huper; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and his beautiful boxer dog Ruby.
      He was preceded in death by his father Duane Taber in 1984; and two sets of grandparents. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

So sorry to see this, thoughts and prayers are with all of Scott's family. I will always remember when he was little he got up and sang a song at my Uncle Roger and Aunt Maggie's wedding, it was an Elvis song.
