Stephen Robert Larsen, 69, Kasota, MN died Sunday, December 30, 2018 at his home.  Memorial visitation will be Friday, January 4, 2019, 11a.m. – 3p.m. at Woodland Hills Funeral Home followed by interment in Woodland Hills Memorial Park.

Stephen was born April 21, 1949 in Mankato, MN to Robert and Marian (Mettler) Larsen. He married Rhonda Rausch on September 26, 1970 in Waterville, MN.  He served in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. Stephen worked for SMC for 28 years and then part time at WW Blacktopping.  He was a jack of all trades and had to be kept busy all the time.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially being with his family.  He was a member of VFW Post 950 and the Last Man Club-Vietnam Era.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Rhonda; sons, Bret (Janet) Larsen of Kasota, MN and Scott (Amy) Larsen of Lake Crystal, MN; grandchildren, Marissa Larsen, Kylee Larsen and Bradley Larsen; sister, Peg (Jack) Witty of North Mankato, MN.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donald.

Rhonda and family,

Please accept my sincere condolences. In our youth Steve's family and my family spent a lot of time together. Steve and I even worked together one summer at a local vegetable farm. His memory will remain in my heart forever.

To the family of Stephen Sorry for your lost. Travis and I enjoyed working with him at WW always had a story to tell and a joke or two. Will be missed but not forgotten GOD BLESS you all.
