Dale “Puff”  Sandmeyer, 65, North Mankato, died Monday, February 11, 2019 at MCHS - New Prague.  Prayer service will be held at 1pm Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held from 2-4pm following the prayer service at Woodland Hills.  Interment will be at a later date at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.

Dale was born May 14, 1953 in St. James to Charles and Shirley (James) Sandmeyer.  He was united in marriage to Karen Miller on May 23, 1981 in North Mankato.  Dale worked at Wendell Lorentz Construction for 20 years.  In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, target and clay pigeon shooting and spending time with his family and friends.  Dale is a life member at the Kato Cycle Club.

He is survived by wife, Karen Sandmeyer of North Mankato; daughter, Stacy (Jerry) Salfer of North Mankato; granddaughter, Finley Salfer; brother, Ray Sandmeyer; sister, Mary (Dennis) Nusser, and many nieces and nephews.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Brad; and infant sister, Shirley.
