Marlean (Exner) Myers passed away peacefully at her home on December 20, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at woodlandhillsfh.com.
Marlean was born January 10, 1945 to William and Arlean (Andresen) Exner in Mankato. Marlean graduated from Mankato High School in 1963. After graduating from Mankato Business School, Marlean enjoyed a long career as a full-charge corporate bookkeeper. She married Morris Myers in May of 1968. They had two children.
She was an avid baker and especially enjoyed cookies. She had a wonderful and mischievous sense of humor that could bring fun to any situation. She loved Christmas music and played it year round. She was also able to express her creativity with the rubber stamping, photocrafting, and velvet embossing business she owned with her daughter. She enjoyed teaching others the magic of velvet embossing.
She is survived by her daughter, Mindy of North Mankato; her son, Michael (Heidi) of Bismarck, North Dakota; and her brother, Arden (Gloria) of Aurora, Colorado.
