Beverly “Bev” Lohmann, age 92 passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2026 at Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter, Minnesota. A private graveside service will be held at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.
Bev was born on April 2nd, 1934 in Mankato, Minnesota to Clinton and Helen (Born) Reynolds. She grew up in North Mankato, Minnesota.
In 1954, Bev made her home in Eagle Lake, Minnesota where she spent more then 6 decades raising her family and building a life filed with love, friendship, and community. She was known for her warm heart and gentle spirit. Bev always made others feel welcome and cared for.
Bev is survived by her loving family, including her children: Cheryl Fleck of Cleveland, Minnesota, Mary (Greg) Hix of North Mankato, Minnesota, and Jean (Brian) Goettl of Madison Lake, Minnesota; son in-law, Bruce Ryg of Eagle Lake; step-sons, David (Vicky) Lohmann of Janesville, Minnesota, Dennis (Linda) Lohmann of Easton, Minnesota, and Carol Murphy of Texas; her numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; she is also survived by her sister in-law, Lois Reynolds of North Mankato and her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Lohmann; her former husband, Sam Van Camp; her son Daniel Van Camp; her daughter, Linda Ryg; and her step-son, Duane Lohmann.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter for their compassionate care and support provided to Bev in her final years.
