Beverly Joan (Evjen) Miller, 92, formerly of Mankato, died Friday February 28, 2025 at Three Links Care Center in Northfield. A Prayer Service will be held at 1pm Sunday March 9, 2025 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 1:30pm at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 2-4pm Sunday March 9 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home.
Beverly was born June 28, 1932 in Watonwan County, Minnesota to Clifford and Gladys (Blackstad) Evjen. On December 8th 1951, she was united in marriage to Richard C. “Dick” Miller in Mankato. Beverly over her career she worked at PAG (now Cargill), Dutlers Bowl, Victory Bowl, Kato Ballroom. Cloverdale Meats, and Master plan Hearing Aid center. She enjoyed bowling with her family and friends, watching and playing softball, chasing her grandkids around, and she loved horses. Beverly was a member of USBC and was inducted into the Mankato Bowling Hall of Fame.
She is survived by daughters, Teri (Bob) Haugh of Faribault, Tami Bisping (Brian Mueller) of Janesville, Traci (Jeff) Swanson of Faribault, and son Todd (Missy) Miller of Gray, TN. She is also survived by five Grandchildren, Ciri Haugh (Matt Trocchio) of Bristol, Rhode Island (son: Franny Trocchio), Cassie Swanson, Meghan Swanson, Briley Haugh of Faribault, MN. and Brennan Haugh of Phoenix, Az. Nieces, Jamie (Matt) Wendt of Zimmerman (Kids: Josie, Grady & Louis), Heidi (Josh) Sutton, Scotty Beth (Jason) Gaspard (Kids: Gina & Justin).
Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Dick Miller; parents, Clifford and Gladys Evjen. brother in law James Miller
