Clarence George Deno, 96, died Saturday, March, 14, 2026 at Vista Prairie in North Mankato. Private family services will be held. Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. woodlandhillsfh.com
Clarence was born April 26, 1929 in Lake Prairie Township in Nicollet County to Fred and Ella (Kihn) Deno . On April 23, 1952 he was united in marriage to Norma LeMire at the Church of St. Thomas in Jessenland. Clarence was a wonderful loving husband and father. He worked as a farmer his whole life. He enjoyed working with the animals the best and he had a special way with them. In his free time, he enjoyed playing cards, especially fox, going dancing and watching Bandwagon.
He is survived by daughters, Carol Miller of Apple Valley and Barbara (Kevin) Wels of Nicollet; grandchildren, Laura Miller, Grace Thomas, Amy (David) Engelhard, and James Thomas; great grandchildren, Natasha Oeltjenbruns, Ella Thomas, Brady Thomas, Maddie Thomas, Jasper Thomas, Simon Engelhard, and Levi Engelhard; great great granddaughter, Victoria Willis; and many relatives and friends.
Clarence is preceded in death by wife, Norma Deno; son in-law, Dale Miller; and sister, Doris (Andy) Hayer
