David B. Gimmer

David B. Gimmer, age 58 of Garden City, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at his home.

Private family services will be held. Woodland Hills Funeral Home of Mankato is assisting the family with arrangements. www.woodlandhillsfh.com

David lived with his family his whole life.  He was deeply loved by his family. David graduated high-school, he also participated in the Special Olympics when he was younger, where he won several gold medals. David loved being with family, he also enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, playing skip-bo and Uno, coloring, puzzles and was an Avid fan of the Dukes of Hazzard. David will be missed by family and anyone else who ever met him, because he was such a very special soul. 

David is survived by five brothers, Michael Gimmer of Mankato Daniel Gimmer of Mankato, Geoffrey (Tammy) Gimmer of Mankato, Gregory (Nikki) Gimmer of Garden City, William (Patty) Gimmer of St. Peter, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
