David Wayne Scarbrough

David Wayne Scarbrough, age 58, of Mankato, MN died Monday, January 7, 2025 at his home.  Memorial services will be held 5:30 P.M. on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Crossview Covenant Church, 2000 W Howard Dr. in North Mankato.  Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until time of service.

David was born November 9, 1966 in Alabama to Edward and Suzanne (Hueser).  He married Lynn Young on July 3, 2019 at Sibley Park in Mankato. He worked for Llyod Truss in North Mankato.

David loved spending time with his family and dogs and loved following Vikings football with his daughter.  He liked going on long walks with his family and dogs “Khalessi” and “Olli”.

He is survived by his wife Lynn of Mankato; 2 children Justin Scarbrough of Mankato and Amy (Joseph) Winters of Pecos, TX; 2 grandchildren, Asher Scarbrough and Amora Martinez; 2 brothers, Michael Scarbrough and Robbie Odell both of Arizona.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Thomas.
