Deloris Miller, 88, formerly of Mankato, died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at NorBella Assisted Living in Prior Lake. Funeral services will be held at 12pm Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. woodlandhillsfh.com
Deloris was born January 23, 1933 to Benjamin and Goldie (Gitter) Kubishak in Mankato. She attended high school at Good Counsel Academy in Mankato. She was united in marriage to Gordon W. Miller on August 25, 1973 in Mankato. Deloris worked as an Executive Assistant to VP of Academic Affairs at Minnesota State University – Mankato for 25 years. In her free time she enjoyed Bridge, Scrabble, crossword puzzles, and crocheting.
She is survived by sons, Tony ( Mia ) Miller of Shakopee, Mark ( Joyce ) Miller of Madison Lake, and Bruce ( Colleen ) Miller of Mankato; daughters, Becky( Nick) Guadagnoli of Shakopee and Laura ( Scott) Smith of Salem, OR; grandchildren, Ben & Rachel Miller, Nicole Kowalczyk, Andy & Aaron Bolton, Lance, Kylie & Adam Smith, Travis & Jenni Miller, and Will Miller; twelve great grandchildren; and sister, Joan Nelson of Owatonna.
Deloris is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Mike; and brother, Jim
