Edith (Cook) Enz

Edith Enz, 83, Mankato, died Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Laurels Edge in Mankato.  Memorial services will be held 2:30pm Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at Woodland Hills.  Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. 

Edith was born September 17, 1938 to Edward and Audrey Cook in Yakima, Washington.  She graduated from Rapidan High School.  Edith was united in marriage to Richard “Dick” Enz on December 8, 1956 in Mankato.  She was employed by at Gustafson Plumbing, Dairy Fresh, and Ferguson Plumbing.  Edith was a member Eagles Club #269, American Legion #518 and Morison Ario Post #950.  In her free time she enjoyed gardening, traveling, watching the Vikings, Twins, and spending time with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. 

She is survived by sons, Rich (Debra) Enz of Albert Lea, Allen (Paula) Enz of Kasota, Bob Enz of North Mankato;  and daughter, Vickie Miller Enz of Cleveland;  grandchildren, Brittany (Casey) Colvin, Kate (Ryan) Broitzman, Lynzie Edwin, Jason (Luisa) Enz, Jessica Enz, Andy (Amie) Ternes, Adam (Mandy) Ternes, Amber Enz, Aric Enz, Kaycie Enz, Nathan Dumdei and Heather Dumdei; many great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Rita Whitney of Iowa; brother, Orin “Butch” (wife JoAnne) Cook of Las Vegas, NV;  and many nieces and nephews.

Edith is preceded in death by her husband and parents.
