Eric W. Ihnken, age 31 of Oxford, WI, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at his home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 2, 2023 at 11 A.M. at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Mankato, with Fr. Andrew Whiting IVE, Celebrant. Following Mass all are invited to stay at church for lunch and a time of fellowship. Interment will be in Woodland Hills Memorial Park in Mankato.

Eric Ihnken was born on February 19,1992 in Mankato, Minnesota. Eric enjoyed fishing with his grandfathers, spending time and helping his grandmother, collecting comics and memorabilia, shooting and gaming.

He is survived by his parents, Kory and Tammy (Schull) Ihnken; brother, Chad Ihnken; Grandmothers, Rhoda Schull and Carol Marmo; uncles and aunts, Susan Schull, Mike and Wanda Schull, Brian Schull and Mike Flesland, Bill Schull, Cindy and Ron Townsend, Todd and Lisa Ihnken and Ryan and Cristina Ihnken; cousins, Becky (Mark) Jones, Cheri Schull, Matt (Wendy) Schull, Christopher (Sara) Schull, Timothy Oachs, Krystle (Brandon) Brewer, Clara Schull, Ebonee Townsend, Miles Townsend, Freddie Ihnken, Frankie Ihnken and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edward Schull and Joseph Marmo.
