Francene M. Dornack, age 79 of Mankato, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Mankato.

Francene (Fran) Marie Beil was born on November 29, 1944 to Frank and Doris (Wick) Beil in Sleepy Eye, MN.  She married Wayne (Bud) Dornack in August, 1965.  She enjoyed golf and was a former club champion at Coffee Mill Golf Course in Wabasha, MN.  She was an avid Vikings fan and enjoyed watching them through wins and losses.  Fran enjoyed casino outings with family and friends.  She cared deeply about others and always had a smile to offer.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Dornack of Mankato, stepson Tom Dornack, granddaughter, Alisha Stueber, great grandchildren, Andres and Alex Stueber and Areanna and Sheldon Rosillo, grandchildren Laura Dornack, Lexie Dornack, and Sarah Dornack, Molly (John) Lacy, and Patrick Dornack, Maggie Dornack, brother Rick Beil (Pam Hill), brothers-in-law Tom Hendricks and David Ahl and nieces and nephews Shari Simondet (Scott), Tommy Hendricks, Frank Abdo, Bill Abdo (Vicki), Tim Abdo (Jude), Terry Abdo, Joe Ahl (Patty), Tracy Ahl, Laurie Greeninger (Tom), and Marty Beil (Stacy).

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Doris, husband Bud, sisters Mary and Bev and brother Marty, sister-in-law Laura, stepson Wayne Dornack and nephew Harry Hendricks.
