Jackie Kelly

Jacqueline Kelly passed away Wednesday January 4, 2023 at Birchwood in North Mankato surrounded by her family and just eleven days after her beloved husband Bob.  A Celebration of Jackie and Bob will be held from 1-4pm Saturday January 7, 2023 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home with a time to share memories at 330pm followed by a prayer service at 4pm.  Jackie and Bob will be interned together at Woodland Hills Indoor Mausoleum.  woodlandhillsfh.com

Jackie was born November 30, 1934 to John and Viola Adams in Mankato.  She was united in marriage to Robert Kelly on March 7, 1953.  Jackie worked at Immanuel St Joseph’s Hospital scheduling surgery, receptionist in surgery and assisting in day surgery.  In her free time she enjoyed knitting and baking.  Jackie was a devoted volunteer at her church in Mesa, AZ doing laundry for homeless and working funerals. 

She is survived by son, Greg (Angela) Kelly of Mankato; daughters, Monica (Bill) Whitmore of Lake Crystal and Jani (Harry) Jenness of St. Peter; nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; four brothers; five sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Jackie is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and three infant siblings.
