Jerome "Jerry" W. Reichel

Jerome “Jerry” W. Reichel, age 78 of Mankato, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at his home.

 A Graveside Memorial Service will be Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 1 P.M. at Woodland Hills Memorial Park in Mankato. Woodland Hills Funeral Home of Mankato is assisting the family with arrangements. www.woodlandhillsfh.com

Jerome was born on September 27th 1947 in Mankato, MN to Raymond and Cecelia Reichel. He was retired from the City of Mankato. Jerome enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, driving his 1958 Oldsmobile, and listening to Elvis Presley any chance he could get.

Jerome is survived by his daughter, Connie Reichel of Mankato; his son, Jerry Reichel of Mankato; 4 grandchildren, Amanda and Jessica Nusser of Mankato, and Joshua (Jolene) Reichel and Kevin Reichel of Ithaca, MI; 2 great-granddaughters, Emma and Molly Reichel.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Reichel; his son, Todd Reichel; and his parents, Raymond and Cecelia Reichel.
