Kurtis K. Stuedemann, 67, Mankato, died Saturday May 16, 2026 at Hillcrest. Memorial services will be held 11am Friday, May 22, 2026 at Woodland Hills Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Interment will be held at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.
Kurtis was born February 9, 1959 in Glencoe, MN to Albert and Darlene (Meyer) Stuedemann. He attended Mankato West High School. On February 14, 1981, Kurt married Kim K. DeVlaeminck in Mankato; they later divorced. He was self-employed as an auto mechanic. Kurt had many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed cars, building models, puzzles, lighter collecting and coin collecting.
Survived by son, Justin (Kerri) Stuedemann of Monticello; daughters, Rachelle (Trevor) Nilson of Lake Crystal and Sarah Robertson of Oregon; 15 grandchildren; brothers, Perry (Margie) Stuedemann of Oklahoma and Jimmie (Angie) Johnson of Lonsdale.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Stuedemann; mother, Darlene Johnson; stepfather, Jim Johnson; nephew, Steven Stuedemann; and good friend Linda Haefner.
