Linda Lee Snyder, age 78 of North Mankato, Minnesota, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 8th, 2023 at Oak Terrace Assisted Living in North Mankato, Minnesota. She was surrounded by her family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Woodland Hills Funeral Home of Mankato is assisting the family with arrangements. www.woodlandhillsfh.com
Linda Lee was born on September 14th, 1945. She was raised by her mother, Deloris Lundgren and her stepfather Loren Lundgren in Mankato, MN. Linda graduated from Wilson Campus High School. Shortly after school she met Donald Snyder and they were married on May 13th, 1967. Linda enjoyed dancing, music, nature, history but most important to her was spending time with her family. Both Linda and Don had a passion for flowers and plants and were very proud to show off their gardens.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Donald of North Mankato, MN; daughter Rebecca (Jeff) Welp of Madison Lake, MN; granddaughters Ashley (Jordan) Wilmes of St. Peter, MN; Sidney (Mitch) Johnson of St. Peter, MN; Jacey Welp of Madison Lake, MN; Ariadne Snyder of Apple Valley, MN; grandson Max Welp of Madison Lake, MN; great grandson Lincoln Wilmes of St. Peter, MN; great granddaughter Emma Wilmes of St. Peter, MN; brothers Loren (Anita) Lundgren of Simi Valley, CA; Bob (Bonnie) Lundgren of Kasota, MN; John (Lynette) Lundgren of North Mankato, MN; Scott (Barb) Lundgren of Mankato, MN; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and cherished friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her son, John Snyder, and her parents Deloris and Loren Lundgren.
