Peter L. Balk

Peter Lawrence Balk, 68, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025.  He was born to Hugo and Agnes (Miller) Balk on July 3, 1957 in Mankato, MN. 

Peter is survived by his son, Shawn; his daughter, Tiffany (Adam) Raver; grandchildren, Ethne and Ellie Raver; siblings: Judy, Dan (Becky); Sue (Larry) Gilster; Mary (Roger) Hale; Hugo, Jr.; Cyndy (Joe) Butler; Kriss Bidwell; Tess (Pat) Moran; Jeff Krueger; Rick (Rowann) Pepper; and mother of his children, Lori (Fenner) Stevens.

He was preceded in death by his mother in 1966, his dad in 2006, his brothers, Michael in 2013 and Paul (Krueger) in 2023.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 19, 2025, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Covenant Family Church, 709 North Riverfront Drive, Mankato, MN 56001.
