Peter Wornson

Peter Gordon (Pete) Wornson age 83, was born on Nov.3, 1942 in Mankato, MN and died Friday, June 5th, 2026 at Brookdale Allenmore Assisted Living in Tacoma,WA.

He was a graduate of Mankato High School, attended Mankato State college and served in the Air Force. As an insurance salesman for Midland Insurance he sold insurance to the military at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, WA and at Army facilities in Southern Germany. Throughout his life he was a world traveler.

Preceded in death by his father Ralph Gordon (Pete) Wornson and mother Devota Elaine Wornson.

He is survived by his wife Katsuko Wornson, sisters Mary Wornson White (Robert) of Montgomery,TX, Paula Wornson Krugel (Joe) of Spring Hill, TN and brother John Wornson (Lucy) of Mesa, AZ.

 Visitation will be at Woodland Hills Funeral Home June 30, 2026, from 10am - 11a.m. A Graveside Memorial Service will be immediately afterwards at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Lunch will be served following the interment at the funeral home. No flowers please
