Steven Scott Platt

Steven Scott Platt, age 59, of Mankato, died Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Mankato from a battle with a recent surgery and cerebral palsy. Visitation will be held from 11am- 1pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home. In honor of Steven please wear your Vikings apparel to the visitation.  Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park. Memorials are preferred to Harry Meyering Center

Steven was born November 26, 1964 in Mankato to Michael and Donna (Hoyez) Platt.  Steven enjoyed all sports, especially the Vikings and the Twins.  He loved living at Harry Meyering and was very close to friends and staff.  The Miracle League Softball was one of his favorite things to attend.  He was a social butterfly and talked to anyone in the room. 

Steven is survived by brother, Michael; sisters, Pam (James) and Brenda (Tim); nephew and niece, Dylan and Grace; aunts, Rosie and Sister Hermann.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Donna; and sister, Teri.
