Keith McMichael, 77, Eagle Lake, died December 16, 2020 at his home under hospice care.  A public visitation will be held from 1-3pm Monday, December 28, 2020 at Woodland Hills Funeral Chapel followed by a prayer service starting at 3pm.  Interment will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.  Online condolences may be left at woodlandhillsfh.com.

Keith was born June 4, 1943 to Leo and Lillian (Boeke) McMichael in Mankato. He graduated from Loyola Catholic High School class of 1962.  Keith was united in marriage to Geri Schabert on February 6, 1987.  He worked as a cook at Happy Chef, at Gamble Robinson, Kato Sanitation, Hanson Sanitation and retired from Vetter Stone.  In his free time he enjoyed playing cards, pfeffer, and gambling.  Keith was a member of All Saint’s Catholic Church in Madison Lake

He is survived by wife, Geri McMichael; sons, Jason (Lisa) Hammond and Jeremy Hammond; daughter, Kimberly Hammond; grandchildren, Alyssa, Hailey, Kaylee, Anna, Elizabeth, and Carter; sister in-law Kathy McMichael all of Eagle Lake; brothers in law- Joe (Donna) Schabert, Bob (Bernie) Schabert, Tom (Jane) Schabert; sisters in law - Pat (Ron) Gaines, Wendy Schabert, and Pam Schabert and many nieces and nephews.  

Keith is preceded in death by his parents; and his older brothers, Richard (Connie) McMichael and Kenny McMichael; in-laws Diane and Jerry Seitz, Larry Schabert, Mike Schabert; father and mother in law Ben and Katherine Schabert.
