Yvonne Stevensen, 85, Nicollet, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Cottagewood  Senior Community in Mankato.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Church of St. Paul in Nicollet.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.  Woodland Hills Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.  

Yvonne was born May 18, 1932 to Otto & Ester (Block) Schliemann in Grandby Township.  She enjoyed spending time with all her grand and great grandkids and her sisters Cleo and Inez.  Yvonne also enjoyed working in her vegetable and flower garden.  She made rag rugs and quilts.  Yvonne really loved her dogs.  She will rest peacefully knowing that her dog, Oreo, is in good hands with her granddaughter, Laura.  

She is survived by her sons, Michael Stevensen of Nicollet, Brent (Becky) Stevensen of Nicollet, Tim Stevensen of Denver, CO,  and Alan (Barb) Stevensen of Owatonna; daughters, Wendy Stevensen of St. Peter, Ruth (Bob) Gelow of Colorado Springs, CO, Lori Stevenesn of Courtland and Gail (Steve) Peterson of Andover; grandchildren, Emma, Samantha, Shane, Haydn, Miya, Mackenzie, Megan, Ross, Laura, Kayla, Max, Ellie, Stephanie, Nick, and Anthony;  great grandchildren, Sophia, Gavin, Olivia, and Waylen; and sister, Cleo Schliemann.

Yvonne is preceded in death by daughter, Deborah; parents; brother, Glen; and sisters, Donna and Inez.
